Part Time Work

A couple of weeks ago I started working part-time at the Frog Head Grill doing their bookkeeping. Bruce is head chef there and I've known the owner since I was about 8 years old. Josh(the owner) knew I did accounting and asked me to help him out with his bills and stuff. He wants me to enter payroll, pay some of the bills, and enter all the money they spend. I wasn't sure I would be able to do it at first cause I'm not really an accountant and I'm terrible with math, but it's not hard at all. I have a great schedule and can make a little extra money. I pretty much have to come in on Sundays because there are certain things I need to do for Monday, but during the week I can basically make my own schedule which I love. It's nice to work when you want to and get paid for it, and it's something that is fun so I don't dread working. It's a fun environment to work in and I'm getting reacquainted with someone I used to know and getting to know his wife. As Bruce says, he lucky he has a great boss and made a good friend too.
